If I want to get into Vista 64, then I just hit escape and tell it to boot from that third sata hard drive first in priority, then it boots into Vista 64. I think the beauty of it this way, is Vista is not away of the XP bootloader, and vice-versa, so perhaps it won't delete my Vista restore points.

So long as both WinXP x86 and Vista x64 can see that folder, it won't matter if WinXP calls it E:\Quicken and Vista thinks it's L:\Quicken.
